Located near New Xindus, Regulus, Celes, Nausicaa, and Suliban space and on the edge of what was formerly known as the Delphic Expanse. Sentinel is strategically located at the heart of the region, which was once defined by conflict but now a focus of possibility.

Under the command of Captain Maddox Green, the station serves with the purpose of diplomacy, trade oversight, scientific research, and border security. Sentinel Station is the new frontier where the future of the Federation is currently in motion.

Come join the crew of the Sentinel as we bring stability to what is deemed an unstable region of space.

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Thu Jul 16th, 2026 @ 5:20am by Captain Maddox Greene & Commander Saul Whitford & Lieutenant Varkl Brukh & Lieutenant T'Vei & Lieutenant Jane Belanger Dr & Ensign Bruce Marcus & Ensign Sung-jin Um & Ensign Ash Ridley

No corona of fire crowned the shuttle's descent. Only the wisps of stringy clouds and the looming presence of rock formations gave any indication that the landing party was on approach to a planet.

T'Vei's eyes were locked on her sensor panel, attempting to glean every iota of information as they made their approach. She was no stranger to being in charge of a landing party's safety, but to be in command of it was something new. She was aware of the familiar creep of anxiety, seeking a foothold on her psyche, but kept it shut out. Emotion was dangerous,…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Sat Jul 11th, 2026 @ 6:01pm by Captain Maddox Greene

Captain Greene sat in the office at the communication station. In the last few minutes, he had received updates on what had been discovered on the world below. Traces of a wrecked ship. A simple patrol of the sector turned into a call for assistance and then one of discovery. Perhaps they could also determine what happened to the atmosphere. It had been a few hours, and things on this ship had improved.

Entering the room, Gerald Hall had the most grateful and curious look on his face. "Everything going alright Captain?"

"Things are going well, I suppose," Maddox answered.…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Sun Jul 5th, 2026 @ 5:13pm by Commander Saul Whitford & Lieutenant T'Vei

::ON::

Getting up from the center chair, Whitford leaned over T'Vei's console. He frowned as he saw the sensor returns. Letting out a breath he said, 'look, the Nausicaans are stationary for now - we just need to keep an eye on them. Concentrate on the wreckage - get us some data.'

He looked over to Ridley, 'get on it as quick as you can.' Moving back to the center chair, he put his hands against the plush leather and squeezed until it squeaked. 'I wasn't aware that there were ships out in this area. A rundown will help us…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Thu Jun 18th, 2026 @ 2:24pm by Commander Kytolos Sh'reyva & Rear-Admiral Vedak

The USS Yelroan had docked with Sentinel Station six hours after the Frontier had departed for patrol. Rear Admiral Vedak felt it was a good idea to arrive at the station that was lacking senior officers at the moment. But most importantly, he learned that the Andorian Councilor wasn't too happy with the lack of Andorian representation on the station. The United Federation of Planets had been in place now for seven years, and yet the Andorians acted as there were secrets being kept from them. Appeasing their paranoia, the President had Starfleet Command assign an Andorian to Sentinel Station.…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Tue Jun 16th, 2026 @ 12:50pm by Lieutenant Jane Belanger Dr

Upon the away team arrival on the Gatlin, Doctor Spencer Lane had just briefed their Captain. When Jane offered assistance, Lane took her to their infirmary at once, explaining on the way.

"We got more technical problems than injuries, thankfully. I don't think you'll find much amiss in the infirmary. We're used to taking care of our own."

Jane sensed a certain defiance and decided there and then, it would be better all around if she didn't mention growing up in a similar environment. Her own people had been good enough to her but it was a well known fact,…

Posted on Sat May 16th, 2026 @ 11:29pm by Lieutenant Varkl Brukh

It had been a long day. Rushing to the Frontier after receiving the unexpected notice, rushing the warp core activation, departure and assigning the enlisted staff to routine tasks, all while keeping an eye on the power levels to gauge how well the aging ship operated. Finally things were running well enough that he felt able to turn things over to the most competent Chief Petty Officer on duty, and went to find his quarters.

Being a small ship, everyone but the CO and XO had shared quarters. According to the computer he was assigned to share with the acting…

Personal Log

"Today, Doctor Belanger gave me the task of checking out the inventory on the Frontier. The fact that she trusted me with such a task was an honor. Hopefully, I didn't give the impression of being overly eager. This also led to a conversation with Captain Greene. Most of the senior staff I found myself having to approve myself throughout the years. But the Captain was kind and offered to help me locate my parents. It's been eight long years without a single word for them. And I wasn't even allowed to take the necessary steps required to…

Computer Begin Personal Log

"Captain's personal log. My first staff meeting with the senior staff went primarily well. I was hoping that Doctor Belanger would have some good news regarding getting our resident Nausicaan healthy and on his feet again. But walking again would not be an option for him. Even though there were other alternatives, but the patient refused. As much as I don't like what's about to take place due to that refusal. That is indeed his right to live or die according to the beliefs of his culture. Though that belief to me is archaic. Perhaps the…

Chief Engineer's Log

Repair work is complete on the arm of Pylon C, the damage consisted of two hull plates that were improperly welded. Due to time constraints with the Nausicaan imminent arrival, I made the decision to patch the location rather than replace it. Fabrication labs created a 1 meter by 4 meter piece of plating; colored to match the hull in that location, and it was taken to the hangar module by anti-grav sled.

Acting flight deck OPS Lt. Jg Smith assigned a trainee pilot, Ens. Srevon to operate the inspection pod, outfitted to Workbee specifications with a…

Shuttlecraft Velor – En Route to Starbase Sentinel

Begin security officer’s personal log.

Anticipation is a peculiar sensation. Akin to anxiety, it bears similar symptoms: restlessness, accelerated and disordered thought patterns, and increased heart rate and respiration. And yet there is a positive association, a missing element that I find perplexing.

I have served on the Sh’Raal for eight years, nine months, and sixteen days. The ship is familiar and that familiarity improves my efficiency, and yet I have grown distracted. I know that the starboard torpedo launcher responds 1.2 seconds slower than the port tube due to the electromagnetic…
